AAEP Annual Convention and Tradeshow Wrap-up

This past week we’ve been enjoying being vendors at the American Association of Equine Practitioners 70th annual convention and trade show in Orlando, Florida. Attending AAEP is one of our most exciting outings of the year because we get to connect with so many veterinarians and equine practitioners from all over the world. From getting to talk with long time Soft Ride users, to getting to meet new vets, to seeing what the latest innovations in the Equine Veterinary industry are, it was a very busy week for us!

We wanted to share a little about what goes into shows like these for us as well as what we use for education tools if you weren’t able to make it to the show.

Soft Ride Set Up
Have you ever wondered what goes into setting up temporary sales booths like we do at AQHA Congress and AAEP? If you have, you’re in luck! We took a timelapse of our two day booth construction at the Orlando Convention Center this year.

AAEP Extended Student Labs
We got to provide the model legs with SoftRider shoes to the students for the AAEP extended student program sponsored by Boehringer Ingelheim. The legs were used to practice wrapping and bandaging techniques in the Lameness Principles in New Practitioners lab. We loved getting to assist and connect with the new vets entering the equine field.

Vets Around the World
We are always thrilled to set up new practitioner accounts for vets using Soft Ride products in their clinics. This year we got to set up international accounts with vets from over a dozen different countries! One of the coolest accounts we set up was for Dr. Naranbaatar from Mongolia, our very first clinic in the country! Soft Ride ships with FedEx international to clinics in over 40 countries world wide.
